Bacon Beans
Serves 2 Cooking time: 5 minutes Method:
Ingredients:
4 rashers of lean back bacon
Parsley, chopped
1 tin x Batchelors Butter Beans 400g
Crusty bread, to serve
Chop 4 rashers into small pieces. Fry without any added oil until crispy. Stir in a good handful of chopped flat leaf parsley/ Mix gently with the drained and heated Batchelors Butter Beans. Serve with fresh white French bread.
