Red Kidney Bean Summer Salad
Serves 2 Ingredients: Method:
1 tin x Batchelors Red Kidney Beans 400g, drained
200g cooked penne pasta
1 can x tuna in oil, drained & flaked
100g sweetcorn
1 red onion, finely chopped
Parsley, chopped
Black pepper, to season
Drain and rinse Batchelors Red Kidney Beans. Mix with penne pasta, tuna, sweetcorn, red onion and a handful of freshly chopped parsley. Mix well, season with black pepper and serve. Enjoy!
