Potato and Bean Bake

1 tin x Batchelors Baked Beans 624g
3 large potatoes, peeled
100g cheddar cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, sliced
Boil potatoes for 15-20 minutes until cooked. As potatoes are boiling, empty Batchelors Baked Beans into a small ovenproof dish. Mash potatoes, add half the grated cheese and mix thoroughly. Spoon mashed potatoes on to beans evenly. Place sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place in oven on 200C/390F for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
