Spicy Beans on Toast
Serves 2 Cooking time: 5 minutes Method:
Ingredients:
1 tin x Batchelors Baked Beans 420g
pinch dried chilli flakes
2 tbsp clear honey
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
salt and pepper
4 slices bread, toasted
2 tbsp olive oil
Heat Batchelors Baked Beans in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Add chilli flakes, honey and coriander and stir thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle toast with olive oil. Place onto two plates and spoon the bean mixture on top. Serve and enjoy!
