• Tin of Batchelors Barbecue Beans
  • Cooked Potato/Sweet Potato wedges (homemade or frozen)
  • Diced Peppers
  • Diced Onions
  • Chopped scallions
  • Grated Cheese


  1. Heat beans, diced peppers, scallions and onions in a saucepan for a few minutes
  2. Add wedges to an oven proof dish.
  3. Pour beans and veg mix over the cooked wedges.
  4. Add grated cheese.
  5. Place in oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts


Top tip – Add some Jalapeños or some taco mince for a different twist.
